Kids: Olympic Weightlifting/Advanced CrossFit

We have one of the biggest Kids Olympic Weightlifting programs in town. All kids, regardless of age and level, can begin to learn the fundamentals of this great sport. It makes for a better CrossFitter and builds a better athlete.

Speed, agility, power, balance, coordination, are just a few of the skills involved when learning to move a barbell with proper technique.
