Kids: Ages 12-17

 


 

 

This class mimics a traditional adult CrossFit class with scaling based on age and ability level.  Participants in this class are responsible for demonstrating proper technique to the coach on a consistent basis in order to remain eligible for this program.  Registration is limited for this class to ensure each participant receives the personalized attention and instruction necessary to achieve success and encourage a positive experience during each workout. 20160722_185945
